Jewel Box Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Jewel Box. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for a refund under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, certificates, pouches, and boxes.

  • Returns must be approved prior to shipment. Please contact us at info@shopjewelbox.com to request a return authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved items or custom sizes)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as the item is received but no later than 48 hours of delivery at info@shopjewelbox.com with photos and a description of the damage or defect.  If damage/defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
