Jewel Box Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Jewel Box. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned for a refund under the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, and undamaged.
Items must include all original packaging, tags, certificates, pouches, and boxes.
Returns must be approved prior to shipment. Please contact us at info@shopjewelbox.com to request a return authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved items or custom sizes)
Final sale items
Gift cards
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for high-value items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as the item is received but no later than 48 hours of delivery at info@shopjewelbox.com with photos and a description of the damage or defect. If damage/defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
